About Staffly

Experienced recruiters, backed by an AI-assisted platform

Staffly is TecHobbit's hiring service line. It pairs experienced recruiters with an AI-assisted platform. Employers come to hire full-time or contract talent, outsource recruiting, or employ people through Employer of Record and payroll. Recruiters come to use the platform to source, track and submit candidates.

What we delivered

Brand foundation

Staffly brand guide: logo use, colour, type, voice and messaging, aligned with TecHobbit's identity.

Website content

Copy for 13 pages: home, 4 solution pages, recruiter platform and pricing, customers, about, resources, contact, demo.

Web platform

Next.js site with separate employer and recruiter journeys, pre-rendered pages, login and registration.

Recruiter product

Workflow from job post to placement, with AI-assisted Submission Packages.

Security & ops

Server hardening and incident response on the production host; Nginx on Ubuntu.

The Challenge

One brand, five offers, two very different visitors

TecHobbit needed one brand to carry five offers and two very different visitors. Employers want to hire. Recruiters want to evaluate software. Each needed its own path, and neither should get lost in the other's content.

Staffly's offers

  • Full-time recruiting
  • Contract staffing
  • Recruitment-as-a-Service
  • Employer of Record
  • Payroll
  • + Recruiter platform
01

Five offers, one journey

Full-time recruiting, contract staffing, RaaS, Employer of Record and payroll each needed its own page without blurring together.

02

Two audiences

Employers book a demo or post a role. Recruiters start a trial. Different navigation, content and calls to action.

03

A multi-step product

Sourcing, pipeline tracking, submission packages and interview scheduling had to make sense before sign-up.

04

Speed and search

Content-heavy pages had to load fast on mobile and stay crawlable, while login and the product stay dynamic.

Our Approach

We started with the brand and the words, then built the platform around them

  1. 1

    Brand first

We wrote Staffly's brand guide so every page and screen spoke in one voice.

  2. 2

    Content before code

We wrote all 13 pages, so the information architecture came from what each visitor needs to read.

  3. 3

    Split the journeys

One page per employer service, and a separate recruiter section, each with its own FAQs and CTA. Visitors reach the right offer in one or two clicks.

  4. 4

    Show the product

Step-by-step walkthroughs use real screens to show how a job is posted, candidates are sourced, packages are built and interviews booked.

  5. 5

    Build for speed

Marketing pages are pre-rendered with Next.js and served from cache. The app runs on Node.js and Express APIs with PostgreSQL.

The Submission Package: from shortlist to send-ready profile

The Submission Package is the centre of the recruiter platform. It turns a shortlisted candidate into a ready-to-send profile: formatted resume, recruiter notes, a key-details matrix and a match score. OpenAI does the first draft; the recruiter reviews and sends.

Build submission packages

OpenAI drafts a formatted resume, recruiter notes and a key-details matrix. The recruiter reviews and sends.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is Staffly?

It offers full-time recruiting, contract staffing, Recruitment-as-a-Service, Employer of Record and payroll, backed by an AI-assisted platform that recruiters use to source, track and submit candidates. Gunadhya Software Solutions built its brand, website and platform.

Who built Staffly?

Gunadhya Software Solutions, a Pune-based software company, built Staffly as TecHobbit's engineering partner. Our work covered the brand guide, website copy, the Next.js web platform, the recruiter product and production server security.

What technology is Staffly built on?

Staffly runs on Next.js and React for the frontend, Node.js and Express for APIs, PostgreSQL for data and OpenAI for AI features. It is served through Nginx on Ubuntu. Marketing pages are pre-rendered for fast mobile loads and search visibility.

How does Staffly use AI?

Staffly uses OpenAI to draft submission packages: a formatted resume, recruiter notes and a key-details matrix for each candidate. Recruiters review every package before it goes to the employer, so the AI saves time without replacing human screening.

How long does it take to build a recruitment platform like Staffly?

A branded website with a recruiter workflow like Staffly took us 24 weeks. Timelines depend on scope: number of services, integrations with job boards or payroll, and AI features. We share a fixed estimate after a short discovery call.

Can Gunadhya build a similar hiring or HR platform for us?

Yes. We build recruitment platforms, applicant tracking, staffing portals and HR tools, with AI features where they help. We can take on brand and content too, or work from your existing design. Book a call to discuss your scope.
